Thank you for visiting!

You are probably visiting this website because you either heard about The Rock from someone, are simply looking for a place to worship, stumbled across this website, or maybe you are new in town. Whatever the reason, I am glad you are considering visiting us at The Rock. We love Yahweh and we are passionate about revealing His Christ to as many as will hear. Perhaps you are as passionate as we are. If so, don’t wait. Visit this Sunday and find out why others just like you visited first before making The Rock their church home. If you do come, please give me the honor of meeting you either before or after service. Be blessed and I hope to see you soon.

Steve Parker, Apostle and Senior Minister

FAQ’s

The Rock is a nondenominational ministry and is not affiliated with any traditionally organized religious group. We are, however, in relationship with many other ministries who share a similar vision to impart the gospel of Jesus Christ into all the earth.
Apostle Steve and Kim Parker founded The Rock in 1999 in their home in Deltona, Florida. From there the church began to grow until it became the ministry it is today effecting Central Florida with the gospel of Christ.
You can expect to be welcomed with open arms and invited to participate in anything we are doing at the time. You will immediately be received as family. Our worship is very modern and prophetic. Much of what we sing was written by those who are part of The Rock ministry. In fact, much of it has been published and is being sung in other ministries around the world.
Simply put, we believe scripture is infallible from Genesis to Revelation. We also believe, based upon those same scriptures, that Yahweh is still talking today, consequently, he is looking for people to listen to Him and trust Him. Not to be weird or odd, but to make a difference that will honor Him.

We love children at The Rock! Our children’s ministry is a very safe and fun time for ages 0-6 to learn about the Kingdom of Christ and His purpose for us. Some parents like to keep their children with them during the service. At The Rock we encourage you to do what you are comfortable with. Our only request is that if your child needs parenting that you please step out of the Living Room if necessary.
What most churches call the sanctuary, we call the Living Room. Why, because we feel that people should be able to gather for fellowship in a way that provides for interaction while also learning. The Living Room is our response to that need.

Send us your question and we will be happy to get back with you.
